STATE FARM FRAUD

I feel like state farm is getting away with fraud in Indiana.I had a claim denied for storm damage to a roof.I had insurance with them for 20 years on this home and they denied the claim and said it was prior damage they detected with a drone.The damage was from a few years earlier .I used the home as a rental for several years then decided to move into and live.Since i switched the policy from a rental property to my main residence they said they werent responsible for the damages even though they were the insurer the whole time.

Illegal treatment by store employees

Here is a copy of what happened to me at Dollar General. I was shopping about ten minutes before close, and I was standing in line with a single bag of popsicles to purchase.

Any Dollar General I have been to so far has allowed me to manually enter my EBT information manually if I didn't have my card with me. However, this location told me that they do not offer this service, and that I would not be able to make my purchase. So I was prepared to leave when the employee started accusing me of having stolen some items that I had originally intended on purchasing, but ended up placing the items back where I had gotten them. These items included a gallon of whole milk, and a large bucket of ice cream.

The employee then starts to shout that he THINKS that I MAYBE have attempted to steal these items. No one saw me conceal anything, no cameras were reviewed, and the second employee then proceeds to lock the door while I am still inside, telling me that I can't leave. Mind you there are at least four more customers in the store while this is all happening. I then told the employees to unlock the doors immediately, and asked why they were doing this.

They again explained that they SUSPECT that I MAYBE was attempting to steal from the store. Again, no employee witnessed me concealing anything, no camera footage showed me concealing merchandise, no other shoppers said they saw me concealing merchandise, and I was not found to have anything concealed from the store on my person. This was all because they THOUGHT MAYBE I MIGHT HAVE POSSIBLY done something. After unlawfully detaining me for approximately 6-7 minutes, when they finally opened the doors, I walked outside, one of the employees walked out before me and turned around and kicked both of my legs below the knee as hard as he could, causing me to literally fly forward and land directly on my forehead.

My cellphone was in my left hand, and it was immediately shattered on impact with the ground. I was literally unlawfully detained and then physically assaulted. This is absolutely beyond unacceptable, and was very much illegal on multiple levels. I have contacted Dollar General multiple times and they never respond to me about what happened.

I am a veteran with a purple heart, I truly hope this is how Dollar General is credited for how they treat veterans.

This experience was absolutely humiliating, unjustified, illegal, and extremely traumatic. No one should ever EVER be subject to such treatment.

Living in a bad house landlord won’t fix

We been living in a house with black mold all over the house we told the last landlord and he said he didnt care he just wants rent money his name was Tex Murphy well he passed away and the house went to his grandson Chase Murphy and it took them 5 months to even come around are house has broken windows, black mold all over it, the roof is caving in floors are falling in, and in one of the bedrooms when it rains it looks like a water fall and I dont want to go up stairs cause I can only imagine how bad it is up there. I have 2 kids that is always sick missing school and a girlfriend that has COPD and emphysema and other health issues and its hard for her to get out of bed to do anything.

We have told the landlord when they showed up back in August 2023 and they said well I need my rent money or nothing will get fixed.

Well we dialed 211 to help with rent and 211 needed information from land lord and it took the till January 2024 to respond back to say theres no need for that we want you out so they refused the payment that 211 was going to help with and we told them I have a job that I started January 6th at Walmart and begged them to fix everything wrong with the house and the just ignored us and never heard from them again till until march 18th 2024 with a paper not signed by courts saying we have 30 days to move please help if you would look at this house this would be the worst house you would ever see in your life its going to kill us how bad it is and Im scared Ive tried to find another place to live but everything and everywhere is way out of my price range please help my family. I dont have a phone number just email address zombco89productions@***.com thank you.

Today is December 11, 2023. YouTube once again tried to take money out of my account again and I'm still inactive. Nothing has been resolved yet.

Since July 6, 2023 I have been an inactive member because I canceled my subscription. However for the months of September, October and November YouTube has been charging me each month for a subscription that was canceled.

I have tried several times to have this taken care of and YouTube has still taken money out of my account. I've now to the point where I have blocked any other monies taken out of my account. YouTube has stolen a total of $53.96. From a subscription that is no longer active.

As of today December 10, 2023 YouTube has still tried to take money out of my account. When you are taken money out of an inactive account that is no longer valid that is called embezzlement.

I am now seeking legal counsel. I have sent all attached documents to show proof that this account has been inactive and expired since July 6, 2023, and YouTube has been taken money out from an account that does not exist

The attorney general's office didn't do a proper investigation of the Brinks money card

I'm trying to figure out after going to the coming to the attorney general's office and you all sent to complaint to the Brinks money card and you all felt that the Brinks money card was in the rights and after 5 months of this duration with the Brinks money card I took it upon myself to retrieve my own money which I wasn't credited some of my money but you all went along with them and I'm still suffering because I still haven't got all my money but you all agree that the findings where they were in the right so apparently somebody not doing their job at the attorney general's office

In April 2022 my car was compromised and I contacted the attorney general's office in Indianapolis Indiana they took my case and after contacting bricks and drinks money cards the reason why that there were no errors was found in my case they concluded that the Brinks money card was in the right and after 5 months of this duration I took it upon myself and contacted some of the retail vendors and I was accredited some of my money apparently they the attorney general's office they didn't do their job

I feel like the attorney general office did not properly do their investigation of the brinks money card

Charge for service animal

I have presented registered certificate along with psychiatrist letter of medical condition. Hotel manager refuses to honor my esa.

Given esa is registered with the service animal registry because of my anxiety and issues related to my condition of PTSD. He claims he is not buying it but it's not acknowledge upon my esa being classified as service dog because of condition. He refuses to recognize my animal as service and has charged me since June 28th.

I can be contacted if you need documentation also it can be emailed to you also. Have filled complaint with ada but can't seem to reach a person on corporate level to have issue corrected before contacting attorney.

Omg what is so hard to get.... my dog was trained at very young age and has been trained for my condition and to help with being comfortable and my anxiety.

Service animals are not just for deaf blind or other circumstances. There is an exception where service animals are trained as esa because of PTSD and to help with my anxiety and also to be more aware of my surroundings.

This was not off a site and was trained at shelter than animal was certified. Clearly you need to do your research and educate yourself before you speak ignorantly or unknowing about service animals and emotional support animals.

Your dog has to be a service animal, trained to perform a certain task related to your disability. There are a lot of sites that say they are registering Esa’s, but registration is not needed and not recognized by the ADA. No dog becomes a service animal based on a person’s condition, but rather through extensive training.

Unless the dog is a true service animal, not an esa, they do not have to allow it.

Esa are recognized as service animals and only for my condition PTSD and prescribed for my anxiety only exception esa is considered under service animal. My conditions apply if you know the law esa for my condition is a service animal and registered as such
